what we provide
weconvert.net gives you free, browser-based file conversion. Every conversion runs locally in your browser using open-source libraries. We never see, store, or transmit your files. There is no account, no signup, no payment.
how you may use it
You may use weconvert.net for any lawful purpose. You must not:
- Convert files containing illegal or infringing content
- Attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service
- Scrape the site or use automated systems beyond reasonable personal use
- Misrepresent the service as your own product
your files, your content
You keep full ownership of the files you convert. Because conversion happens entirely in your browser, your files never reach our servers — we couldn't access them if we wanted to. We claim no rights over your input or output files.
our site
The weconvert.net website, branding, original copy and original code are the intellectual property of Wuxxu s.r.o. and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. The open-source libraries we use are credited on the about page and remain under their respective licences.
"as is" service
The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Conversion quality and reliability depend on your browser, your device, and the format of the file you bring. Some files may not convert successfully; converted files may differ from the original in ways we can't predict. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or fitness for any particular purpose.
limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wuxxu s.r.o. is not liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising from your use of weconvert.net — including but not limited to lost files, data corruption or device issues. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Czech or EU law (such as for personal injury, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct).
privacy
We collect no personal data through weconvert.net. For details, see our privacy policy.
changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version at the top of this page is always the current one. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any dispute arising from your use of weconvert.net will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
