MP4 to WAV Converter is a Windows app for turning videos into WAV audio files on your PC, with local processing and no upload.

how it works

It uses ffmpeg.wasm to convert MP4 videos on your Windows machine. Your videos stay on device while the app creates WAV audio files.

paste from clipboard

Press Ctrl+V to add a video from the clipboard straight into the queue. It is a quick way to start when you already have a copied video link or file.

batch conversion

Convert whole folders in one run, including folders with many videos and subfolders. The output keeps the same folder structure on the way out.

auto-convert watcher

Set a watched folder and an output folder in Auto-convert, then leave the app in the Windows system tray. Drop a fresh export there and the converted audio file appears in the output folder.

right-click in explorer

A native shell extension adds Convert to WAV to the right-click menu for .mp4 files in File Explorer. The app opens with your selection already loaded.
