how it works

XLSX to PDF Converter uses SheetJS and jsPDF to turn spreadsheets into PDF documents on your Windows machine. The conversion runs locally, so your data stays on your device.

Press Ctrl+V to add a copied spreadsheet straight to the queue. It is a quick way to start a conversion when you already have the spreadsheet open in Excel or another app.

batch conversion

Convert whole folders of spreadsheets in one run. Subfolders are kept in the same structure on the output side, so your documents stay organized.

auto-convert watcher

Use the Auto-convert page to choose a watched folder and an output folder. Leave the app in the Windows system tray, drop a fresh export there, and the converted document appears in the output folder.

A native shell extension adds Convert to PDF to the right-click menu for .xlsx spreadsheets in File Explorer. It opens the app with your selection already loaded.
