CSV to PDF Converter helps you convert csv to pdf on Windows with local tools that keep your spreadsheets on your device.

how it works

The app uses PapaParse + jsPDF to read CSV spreadsheets and create PDF documents on your Windows PC. Conversion runs locally, so you can work offline and keep the process simple.

paste from clipboard

Press Ctrl+V to add a spreadsheet from the clipboard straight into the queue. It is a quick way to bring in data you already copied from Excel or another app.

batch conversion

Run one job on a whole folder of spreadsheets at once. Subfolders are kept in the output, so a folder with 200 spreadsheets in 10 subfolders comes out with the same structure.

auto-convert watcher

Open the Auto-convert page, choose a watched folder and an output folder, then leave the app in the system tray. Drop a fresh export there and the converted document appears in the target folder in the background.

right-click in explorer

Right-click a .csv spreadsheet in File Explorer and choose Convert to PDF. The app opens with your selection already loaded, so you can start from Explorer without extra steps.

The UI is available in ten languages. Light and dark themes follow your Windows system theme automatically.
